Peter Pedersen – Business Development Manager
Overall responsibility for the commercial sales activities within the Cool or Cosy group. Apart from direct involvement in Key Accounts and tenders, I lead a team of experienced and dedicated sales professionals and support staff.
Prior to Cool or Cosy, I worked in various sales roles with Smart Parking, Safe Roads and Rite Price Heating and Cooling. I have held management roles with The Office Relocation Company, Online Security Services, American Express and Armourguard Security.
I have been involved with amateur operatic societies and Opera New Zealand, and played local soccer for some 35 years but have now retired from theatre and the soccer field. I am happy restricting my sporting activities to being a keen golfer. I enjoy reading and usually have at least one fiction and one non-fiction book on the go at any one time.
Andrew Paton – Technical Engineering Manager
Andrew’s role is to measure how energy is being used by our customers and then to translate the findings into real world suggestions on how to save resources. By prioritising energy saving measures, he can suggest a plan to save money by cutting back on wasted resources. This has included the deployment of evacuated tube hot water systems, solar PV systems, voltage optimisation, soft start technology, variable speed drives, and power factor correction.
Andrew’s background in Engineering, Research and Development, and Manufacturing means our customers are guaranteed of getting cutting edge technology with a proven track record in the field.
In his spare time, Andrew is an avid Programmer (C++ / Python), Tinkerer, and Mountain Bike enthusiast.
